CV Mind is run by a three-person leadership team: Manav Tiwari, Chief Executive Officer; Vanshika Garg, Chief Management Officer; and Abhay Mishra, Chief Technology Officer. This page introduces each of them and explains what they are responsible for.
CV Mind started in May 2026 as a free resume checker. It now covers the whole job search: a resume builder, cover letters, interview practice, LinkedIn tools, coding practice and an AI job finder. Manav Tiwari, Chief Executive Officer
Manav Tiwari is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of CV Mind. He built the first version, the free resume checker, and still designs and engineers much of the product himself.
As CEO, Manav is responsible for:
- Direction. Deciding what CV Mind builds next and in what order, from the resume builder to Leo, the guide inside the Resume Tailorer, Interview Prep and Proofreading.
- Product quality. Making sure every tool gives specific advice you can act on, not just a score.
- Principles. Holding the company to its commitments: the basics stay free, and your documents stay yours.

Vanshika Garg, Chief Management Officer
Vanshika Garg is CV Mind's Chief Management Officer. Where the CEO decides where the company is going, the Chief Management Officer makes sure it gets there in an orderly way.
As Chief Management Officer, Vanshika is responsible for:
- Operations. Planning, coordination and keeping launches on schedule.
- Users and support. Making sure questions sent through the Help Center are answered and that recurring problems reach the people who can fix them.
- Policies and process. Keeping the company's policies, pricing and day-to-day processes clear and consistent.
Abhay Mishra, Chief Technology Officer
Abhay Mishra is CV Mind's Chief Technology Officer and leads the technology behind every tool on the site.
As CTO, Abhay is responsible for:
- AI and engineering. The systems that read resumes the way screening software does, suggest rewrites, generate interview questions and judge code in CVMind Code.
- Reliability. Keeping the site fast and available, especially when people are racing an application deadline.
- Security and privacy. Protecting your data: uploaded files are read and discarded, saved documents are visible only to you, and nothing you write is used to train AI models.
